How we use information

To answer your request, clarify scope, schedule a site visit when needed, and put together an estimate. We don't use it for unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.

We don't sell your personal information. We may share data with vendors who help run the website or deliver email, but only for that purpose.

Cookies & optional analytics

The site may use cookies for basic function and preferences. Optional analytics from third-party tools (such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) switch on in either of two ways: you press Accept in our cookie prompt, or you keep scrolling past the statistics band on the home page without declining. Continuing to browse that far counts as accepting. Microsoft Clarity also records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement — to build heatmaps and session replays. We do not sell this data.

If you press Decline, nothing analytics-related loads and none of that usage data is collected, no matter how far you scroll. Your choice is stored on your own device. To change it later, clear site data for this domain in your browser and visit again.

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond, schedule work, and handle normal business records.
